David R. Wells is an operationally-minded CFO with solid instincts for “the numbers”, and 20 years experience in the small-cap public company arena. As Chief Financial Officer of ENDRA Life Sciences Inc. (NASDAQ: NDRA), a publicly traded clinical diagnostics technology company, Mr. Wells directed ENDRA’s initial public offering (IPO) and subsequently raised an additional $55 million across multiple transactions. 

Prior to ENDRA he was the signing CFO for Sionix Corporation (OTCBB: SINX), Voyant International Corporation (OTCBB: VOYT) and PowerHouse Technologies Group, Inc. (now Migo Software, Inc.) where he was responsible for all aspects of internal and external finance, reporting, investor relations and business management. While mainly focused on medical device and technology companies, he has also worked in water treatment, supply-chain management, manufacturing, and the professional services industry. 

Mr. Wells also founded two service companies. The first, Wells Compliance Group, began serving clients in 2009 and was responsible for the bookkeeping, accounting, reporting and compliance for numerous publicly traded companies, at one point serving the reporting needs of 22 public companies. After closing Wells Compliance in 2021 due to market conditions, he transferred the knowledge and process to Atlas Bookkeeping, LLC, a technology-based financial services firm that provides bookkeeping and reporting services for emerging growth and small cap public and privately held companies.

David holds a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University with a focus in Finance, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Seattle Pacific University. He is now or has been involved in several charitable organizations including Marked Men for Christ, Goodwill of Southern California, Associated Services for International Adoption (ASIA) and The Leukemia Foundation (Team in Training).
